Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the company providing services under the dipro.ai / dipro.uk brands (Digital Process), acting as data controller. We process it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, for visitors from Türkiye, under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). What data do we process?

• The details you share in the contact form: your full name, company name and role, email address, phone number, area of interest and message.
• The content of your email and your contact details when you email us directly.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting infrastructure for server security (IP address, date and time).

Why do we process it, and on what legal basis?

We process your data to respond to your request, arrange a meeting and prepare a proposal. Under UK GDPR, our legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests. For visitors from Türkiye, the legal bases under KVKK are Article 5/2-c (processing directly related to entering into a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Your request is shared only with the relevant team members and with the email and hosting providers we use, as far as the service requires. If your request concerns our offices in the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates, it may be shared with our team at that office.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for any retention periods required by the applicable law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and browser storage

Our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server. Some photos are shown via Unsplash and the logo in the agency signature via asd.web.tr; when this happens, your browser connects to those servers. Your language choice (TR/EN) is stored only in your browser, so that it can be remembered on your next visit.

AI assistant (dipro assistant)

Messages you type into the chat window on our site are passed from our server to Anthropic PBC’s Claude API so that a reply can be generated. Anthropic’s servers may be located outside the UK and Türkiye (in the United States). We do not store chat content on our own servers; to prevent misuse we keep only an anonymous digest derived from your IP address and a message count for a short period. The chat history is kept only in your open browser tab and is cleared when you close it. Please do not share personal or confidential information in the chat; use the contact form for enquiries. The assistant’s answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data and to have it rectified or erased. You can also ask us to restrict its processing, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format (data portability). You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Visitors from Türkiye also have the rights set out in Article 11 of KVKK, including the right to learn whether their data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, to object to processing and to claim compensation for any damage suffered.
