What is a UTPO?

A UTPO (International Technology Marketing Office) is an office that a partner organisation sets up abroad to market and sell technology products and services developed in Türkiye to international customers.

These offices are part of the Service Sectors Breakthrough Programme, which the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade prepared for the software and IT sector under Presidential Decree No. 10962. The Ministry has approved YTÜ Yıldız Technopark’s London office as an International Technology Marketing Office.

Beyond office space, YTÜ Yıldız Technopark acts as a bridge that helps Turkish technology companies integrate into the UK’s technology ecosystem.
